Both Firstplay Dietary Foods and Dr Schar, Mevalia products work with us at Dialachemist to provide a FREE Prescription Home Delivery service to your home or chosen delivery address.

Step-by-step Guide to the Home Delivery Service
Step 1 – Registration for the Home Delivery Service
Please ask your Dietitian or Healthcare Professional to register you for the Dialachemist Home Delivery Service.
Step 2 – Prescription Orders
Once registration has been set up, Dialachemist will contact your GP directly each month, to request prescriptions for Firstplay Dietary Foods products and or Dr Schar, Mevalia products to be sent back for processing. Prescriptions will only be ordered if we have your choices at least 10 days prior to your next delivery being due. You can send your choices through by posting the choice form, emailing info@dialachemist.com or phoning us directly.
Step 3 – Delivery of Products
Delivery is normally every 4 weeks via our courier DPD. If you have provided us with an up to date email or mobile number, DPD can notify you when and what time delivery will be. There is also a DPD app you can download to your phone which puts you in control of your delivery. Please contact Dialachemist if you will be away on holiday to arrange an alternative delivery date. A minimum order restriction of 5 items per prescription will apply. This restriction does not apply to orders containing XPhe Jump protein substitute.
Step 4 – Receipt of products
If you have fresh bread in your delivery please put in the freezer straight away so that the bread will last as long as possible. You will receive a new choice form with each delivery. Please ensure you fill this out and post back as soon as possible or contact us via the methods above so we have your choices for the next delivery.
